Thanks. I may be interested. Do you have to remove or drain the radiators to install them, or do they just bolt right up?
You do have to remove them to install. It makes it a little less messy to drain the coolant. This is the same with almost all brands of radiator braces.
We have the red braces in stock, but not the red guards. We will be sending out a batch of guards to be anodized in the next 2-3 days, so we will have red guards and braces in stock in about 2 weeks.
Do these work with the new xlite redheads with the new reinforced radiators? (13 txc310r) Also can i get them to work with the original louvers?
Yes, many customers w 2013 x-lites running our braces. The braces by themselves are designed to work w the stock plastic louvers. Add the optional guards if you want more protection from roost and branches.
Rad braces and guards for the 449/511 models are in stock again. Right now only the brushed aluminum is in stock. Red anodized in about 2 weeks. We made a smallish run of these this time since I'm not sure how long they will continue to sell. We will discontinue making these at some point though. That all depends on how they move. So if you're thinking you would like a set don't put it off too long.
The red anodized radiator braces and guards are in stock now. For all Italian Husky models. 125 - 150- 250 - 300 - 310 - 450 - 499 - 510 - 511 not 610 or 630.
