    Ok guys here we go....

Attached is a PDF 1:1 drawing. You need to print it out, join it and cut off the excess paper on the outside. When done the perimeter should measure 180mm x 320mm.

We need to check the location of the fan bolts please. I do this by placing the template you have just made on the radiator and pressing the paper firmly to mark the bolt location. You then need you to measure the distance from the centre of the bolt to the outside lines and give me your measurements, please PM me. We are doing this in case there is a difference from bike to bike. I will put my measurements up soon.

Note that it looks like A4 paper is assumed.

Paper size shouldn't matter. I just printed it at actual size and trimmed the printout to the lines making it easier to place accurately on the radiator. Just a little press against the bolts makes a good impression on the paper.
I've taken my measurements but want to check them today before posting. I remember I have another radiator that I crashed bit will measure also for what it's worth...

sussurf, I agree with your measurements except 14 I get 15.5 and that's to the edge of the radiator core (not the plastic frame). So fair to say we are on the money with these measurements.

Do you want me to re-check?
1.5mm shouldn't neither here nor there.

Water cutting is looking like the best option to get these done because CNC mill is to problematic, but until I get one done I wont know for sure. Failing that there is always Laser but its more expensive. With that said, I have decide to make the cost per unit USD$98 each plus USD$20 freight (air post).

I expect it will take me three weeks odd to get a batch of 10 or so units done.

If you would like one please copy this post and add you name to it and I will pm you, many thanks.
