From the specs available there they seem a la GG, dimensions and components all the same just with different motors. Should be fine, but I sure am liking the smaller frame of the WR125/165. Sherco is really stepping up to the plate and becoming a force in off road. Looking forward to seeing more
2017.5 SHERCO 125 SE-R RACING Fuel tank 10.4 L capacity Weight TBA Wheelbase 1465 mm (57.68 in) Ground clearance 355 mm (13.98 in) Seat height 950 mm (37.40 in) 2012 Husky WR125 Dry weight: 101.0 kg (222.7 pounds) Seat height: 975 mm (38.4 inches) If adjustable, lowest setting. Overall length: 2,260 mm (89.0 inches) Overall width: 840 mm (33.1 inches) Ground clearance: 325 mm (12.8 inches) Wheelbase: 1,465 mm (57.7 inches) Fuel capacity: 9.46 litres (2.50 gallons) Oil capacity: 0.70 litres (0.05 quarts) So far spec's sound good. Same wheelbase, 1" more ground clearance and 1" less seat height.
The TM144 is a 56mm X 58mm stroke. I think it may have potential to go to 175 with out signing off early like some of the over bores.
