No, the bald head, beer gut and limp take care of that Chicks dig a project. Luckily I'm married so she's stuck with me.
hello, iam from the coast,i live and work in the port off zeebrugge.maybe you can come over, for a visit, and bring the covers with you many greets, jack
I went through a little town on the coast and picked up the best chocolates I have ever eaten. Can't remember the name of the town, but I remember those chocolates. You provide the beer and chocolate and im there.
The latest batch of Skyda covers arrived last night, along with the new ignition covers. I will post up some pics here soon.
Im glad i got one of the "Classic" Skyda covers. I prefer the big 7602. I dont know what color to go with on the Ignition cover. Ill probably go with the silver /gray. mike
Mike, haha glad you like the "og" skyda logo. The grey color actually matches the grey on your skyda cover pretty well. It doesn't show in the pic, but it has a slight metallic look to it.
New logo seems to be more popular than the others. I haven't received any death threats on this one so far. Probably going to stick with this one.
Ordered a clutch cover Thursday (IIRC) and it arrived Saturday. It truly is a thing of beauty....it almost seems a shame to fit it I wonder if this can be fitted with oil in the engine - with the bike laying on it's side No biggee if not, I'll just fit it at the next oil change. Thanks for the great service.
Ya you can do it. But you will lose a bit of oil and it's messy. Put the new cover on your living room table till the next oil change.
Excellent idea. I went outside and retrieved the cover and it's now sitting on my desk for me to gaze at
Mercury, glad you got the cover. You can fit the cover with oil still in the bike I've done it about 3454 times. Lean the bike at a steep angle against a wall, or a shop bench, or all the way over on the floor if you like. Let her sit there for a minute or two then pull the brake lever off, pull the old cover, swap the oring, put the new cover on and replace the brake lever. The whole thing should take less than 1 beers time.
Any plans for an ignition cover for '08 TE450's? Hi, Cliff. I ordered a bunch of your parts, but what I REALLY need is an ignition cover for my '08 TR450. Any plans soon, or will I have to order an OEM one from our local stealership? Thanks for making such beautiful, high quality products!! David
tongaroo, Yes we are planning on making ignition covers for all the FI huskys here soon. Lots of stuff happening right now so I can't say for sure when they will be available.
