    That is such a young crew flying that rig ... a 2nd LIT is just a private with a 4(?) yr degree ... PFC, maybe 1++ yr in service ... CPL, 2, 3 yrs in service ... Not sure on the First Officers, maybe Warrant officers with some TIS? ... SSG, 4-5 yrs service ...maybe a few more ... R.I.P ....
