zero issues..so far, ok only one time on the first button push it failed to engage and spun free, but it immediately worked on the second push. Lately I've been kicking a lot as well just to keep the time down on the starter assembly for when I really need it. This bike starts so easily anyway 2 kicks at most, and the second kick is usually because I screwed up the first.

That is the OEM "Hard Parts" catalog rear tab guard, I first heard of these type of things from a Slavens customer, however I did not like how Jeff used the swing arm vent hole as a mount hole for his set up, but I do believe his set up is probably under load tasting, a little stronger. The OEM guard that I used does not use any drill and tap set up, it just bolts right up over your OEM chain guide. As you can see it does get hacked in the rocks. The thing just ties the 2 cast in hangers together creating a stronger base for the chain guide. The latest version OEM chain guide is exemplary by the way

Fletch!! man you are more Italian than I am!!! We know the bike is a KTM300 based machine......looking at the racing pedigree of this family of machines, the evidence is clear from Cervantes to Knighter and many others way back.
I love the way this thing looks, I love the effect (perceived or otherwise) of the "plastic" subframe, with only minor bolt on stuff I have her at 95% of what I want. The forks were a disaster for me.....maybe I needed more patience, I could not wait anymore Tecate Enduro was pressing!! To do it again I may have kept them in 4CS config and had Stilwell do them with his set up.
Shock is super good in OEM valve set up with only the addition of proper spring.
Trax shock is even better and getting it more dialed in day by day, super good control noticed especially on ugly downhills (rear stays really in line/no big kick outs) and of course under acceleration up ugly loose rocky up hills (trax system drop out traction effect/ATK style hahaha)

PS I brought her in and pressure washed her---the bike looks super-mucho-major-migliore-best-better all the nooks and crannies are cleaned out now and the bright stuff (read white painted stuff) glows again now.

Tinken gave me some crap about how my bike was too pretty to be at a race at the last West Hare Scramble. Grunge and scrapes= cred.

Hahaha, that's what I think too. He also said it was gonna be too slow until he handed over his factory race ecu for me to race with that day.

NOZF-2 (from TE125 parts bin) 35P AS2 165M (I used all that but 162M due to Alt/temp) also with that needle changed my idle, needs some play she was stalling some on the last ride. good news is that she comes through bottom smoother with less "pipe chugging". Im getting very close to finding my happy place.
