TE310 2011: starter engine disassembly and remount, now not start

    Your ring gear is totally hosed; by definition so is your worm gear. (Americanism translated: you need a new gear set)

    Yes, your starter could still be bad.

    I would strongly urge you to have a professional or a mechanically inclined friend do the work.

    Sorry but I think that photos are very very vary bad than real status; all turn and spinn very very fluid without any problem!!!
    Other idea: this bike have a decompression valvle? Is possble that in some case starter engin can't win engine compression because decompression valvle not work correctly?

    Hmm, did you watch the video's I posted? The top link shows the incorrectly installed actuator and the second shows it after I corrected it. BTW, all you have to do is pull off the valve cover to find out. It would be very easy to break the cam lever and if yours was installed wrong I'd recommend having a professional fix it.
