I have the same issue with my terra. After reading your post I decided to get a dial indicator and try to find out if my flywheel has the same issue you have. I decided to also check the freewheel as well. I found that the tabs on the freewheel were not all the same. Variation of .002". I then checked the freewheel itself and it was also out of round, variation of .015". Could you please confirm that the dealer replaced only the flywheel and not the freewheel.
