Chapter 9 (Service Menu) 3) Feedback Adjustment Command My manual shows No. EMS-SP-HG-062197. It came with the iBeat 2.1 ISO (I forgot where I downloaded it from)
Yep, that's the same version I have. It doesn't mention (or show) the CO or O2 tabs or adjustment. Only shows the FB function. ??? .
You misunderstand. I'm saying O2 and CO tabs are not mentioned in the manual, I can see the FB tab in the manual. .
They are all in the manual. CO is for setting in maintence mode.To adjust via FB you must have the motor running and activity will highlight ,it takes sometime. (Mine wont highlight with motor running)The CO you can set the values with the motor not running,i think this was a version 2.1 upgrade.Their is a manual that says english 2.0 it's in there.I will grab a screen shot later. Mine is stuck in 107 100 100 in FB yet i can plug a resitor in and adjust CO to 100 100 100 then swap back to 02 sensor/bazzaz resistor FB highlights and still reads 107 100 100. Am i right in saying you guys have pu plug/resistor and FB still highlights ?
Hey folks, I purchased 2008 TE610 earlier this year. It would barely run, but I had done a little research prior to buying it and knew of some of the common problems with the Mikuni fuel mapping. It came with a power-up kit that had never been installed. Once I installed it, the bike was rideable. I'm pretty sure that the O2 sensor was bad. I've been riding it since, but it is still a bit flat in mid throttle. After I installed a gutted exhaust, it only seemed to exacerbate the mid-throttle flat spot. So, I've downloaded the iBeat software, purchased a VAG-COM cable, and was planning to make my own harness. But besides my desktop computer, I only have a netbook with Windows 7 Starter. I can't get iBeat to properly load onto it. I do have some older desktops available, but I was thinking about buying a used Windows XP 32-bit laptop to install/run the iBeat. It doesn't have to be fancy, but I thought that it would be easier than installing/running a shell program and other work-arounds. Does anyone have any information on minimum system requirements to run iBeat? Thanks! Steve K.
I don't think it demands much of a computer - I'm running on a windows xp intel atom n270 netbook from 2008.
Can someone send me a link to what virtual PC I need to run ? I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 64 bit . ( I tried to load a couple but couldn't get it to work )
Hey Guys, I no longer have a Husky, but I still have the ibeat setup I used on my 2008 and 2010 250's. It's complete with the USB adapter, printed manual and a laptop. the laptop is an old heavy POS pentium II that takes about 5 minutes just to boot up but it's 32 bit and perfect for doing ibeat adjustments. I'd like to make it available to the CafeHusky community. just pay for shipping. maybe when you're done with it you can pass it on.
Pm sent. Wouldn't need the laptop assuming the software is available for download somewhere. I have an old 32bit XP machine I keep around for this kinda stuff.
