    Hahah. Good times.
Btw, I am on rear fender # 3 on my WR. I took out the rearmost bolts/nuts on mine to alleviate it from cracking so easily. Ive never looped it out but hit it off random stuff while racing.

Looks a little spooky flipping one like that into a tree even if it is slow ...

The 300 on some S/T. Ordinarily around this time of year these trails would be primo riding with scattered puddles and mud but not this year. Drought sucks.
I definitely need to get the suspension dialed in especially the forks which seemed to bottom out on the really whooped out sections.
I love this bike, though. I rarely get past 3rd gear and spend most of the time in second or first. This may sound crazy but riding this bike has actually has given me an even
greater appreciation for how good my 511 is off road. I think the 511 handles on the single track as good as this bike and is just as easy to ride if not easier. That's not a knock on
the 300 but more of a testament as to how great a handling bike the 449/511 's are in the dirt. IMO, of course.

Theyre too different animals for sure. The more you get used to that 2 stroke, the easier it will be. I still believe a 4 stroke allows one to get a little lazy, so to speak, in alot of riding situations where you definitely need to be more "on your toes" with a 2 stroke.
Im not sure how your riding technique varies between the two bikes but I know that I ride the WR and TE much differently.

I think that once I get the suspension dialed in a little better on the WR it will handle better. One difference that I noticed is when going up really rugged hills or rocky step ups, the 511 just glides
right over it and feels more sure footed. That's probably directly related to the CTS, which I firmly believe gives better traction than other bikes.

Wish I had such nice trails. You should score a 125-167 for those trails except that you may kill yourself with adrenelin. Good vid!

WOW ! That is some spectacular scenery. Don't want to go off the other side of that mountain on your bike, you ride alone ? Nevermind, I see you've got partners with you.
Was that a skunk that darted in front of you ?

Here's the case of a landslide making a very friendly jump on what I call the GoatHill ride at the 1:51 mark... I think I could clear this one or come to within a couple of bike lengths ... This is where some of that MX track riding meeting trail riding ...

08 WR250 just cruising up this mountain road. First corner past the landslide jump, is a goatless, GoatHill.
