Doctors have a name for this permanent ear to ear grin and spontaneous laughter - you've caught Husky Syndrome.
Dualsport Help Hello, I currently ride dirt with a KTM 200, and also have a DS Kawasaki 250. I'm looking to get a DS that I can take on the highway if need be, and also have a bike that is formidable in the woods. I was interested in the TE 530, but the dealer advised me that I may want to consider the TE 610, or the soon to be released 630 as they won't vibrate as much like the 530 at high speeds. How does the TE 610 perform as a woods bike. I'm looking for all the nuances. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks
Hi Cafe Husky, I am looking for a gently used dual sport, and a Husky is near the top of the list. I would like to be able to post here to ask a few questions. I live in MN, and will post up as soon as I buy a bike. Thanks!
Hello, About to upgrade from an 1998 RMX250 to a 2008 WR250 Husky. Pick it up next week. Can't wait. Being riding for just over a year. A mixture of MX and bush. Love the idea of a dedicated site for the husky. I'm from down under in Australia and look forward to hearing about your riding experiences in other parts of the world. Cheers Crusier
Hello I'm Andy from eastern Pa. AKA mayor. I've have a '96 400fe husaberg but last year had an opportunity to buy a used '07 TE510 with only 300 miles, so I took it. Haven't really road the husaberg since. Mostly a woods rider. Went on a trip to AZ in January for some desert riding. I liked not having to worry about hitting a tree. Even though I carried a few cactus needles around in my hand for a month. Not much of a typer so see you around. Mayor

Hello all, Great site- I have a couple of questions regarding my '82 430CR (with an '83 WR motor). The mag reviews from '82 raved about the turning but mine won't turn too well on the track- shocks rebuilt and charged, new IRC VE33/35 tires which work great on my Maico 490 and KTM 495, running 15W fork oil, sag set right, etc. Perhaps the forks are too low in the clamps? Anyone who has an '81 or '82 have any ideas on the best fork tube height above the clamps, fork oil weight for an intermediate rider, or any other handling tips? Thanks ahead of time! Mike Koenig
Howdy from Austin Howdy! I do not own a Husqvarna, but I am getting the bug to own and ride an older one. My current ride is a 2008 KLR, that has served me well on some long adventures. I also own a Buell S3 and a couple of old Indian Motorcycles (1924 Chief, and 1953 Chief basket case). My passion has always been for older bikes, and the early 1980s WR Husqvarnas are drawing my attention. So, I hope you don't mind me poking around and trying to learn Husky way. Cheers! RideDualSport

Lurker joined today. Have had husky for over a year but just now starting modifications. Went on first dual sport ride last weekend, had a blast. Best Husky Feature: everything lines up and fits perfectly, joy to work on.
