hi guys, i have just purchased a '07 te 510 that i am looking to set up for enduro/adventure riding across Australia. Last year i sold my Suzuki dr650 that took me all the way from Warrnambool, Victoria to Cape york, Queensland and back via the finders rangers, Simpson desert, telegraph track, C.R.E.B track, Fraser island and back to Warrnambool (14,000kms in 1 month). i am looking to do a similar trip around western Australia as i have moved to Kalgoorlie to work in the mines $$$$$$$. i wanted to buy a bike that would be practical to race pony express/endurance racing, bash around in the tight bush tracks but still be able to ride all day on open roads, and do big adventure trips, time will tell if i have made the right choice but so far so good looking forward to sharing what i know with you all, but more importantly learning what you all know. cheers Bryan
Hey Riders. This is my first Husqvarna. I Have Have The SM510R. I have put on the titanium Arrow exhaust, and the new race computer. Running Gold speeds tires. It is beuatiful. I have never had a bike that is so perfect for the race application it is designed. I have put 5500 kilometers on it so far. I race it every tuesday, and am very quik on it. I will post some videos, and pics in the next few days.
Hi guys, First post. I ordered a TE630 a couple of weeks ago. The dealer is still waiting for it and no doubt I'll be waiting a few more weeks as the bike weaves its way from the distributor to Adelaide for assembly (apparently no warranty without it) and then up to the Northern Territory. I bought the bike over the phone without ever having seen one in the flesh such is my confidence that it is the right choice. Cheers, Numbers
New 610 TE Good day guys, I live and ride in and around Cape Town in South Africa, I am the proud new owner of a Husky 610, although I have not yet taken delivery, the bike will arrive later this week. I can't wait to see what the bike is capable of. Cheers RR
Hey Cafe Husky peeps, I picked up a 2009 SMR 510 a few weeks ago and I really enjoy this bike. I come from an off-road background and it took me a bit to get used to having solid traction. I still need to dial in the suspension as the bike pushes wide on turns for me (or it could just be me). I have some bodywork plans for this bike to put it until full street trim (because I have off-road bikes for that). I will post some pics when done with the various projects. Thanks for the great and informative site, - ascribner
Hi All! Hi Folks, Love this site! A dedicated bunch you Husky owners. Just helped my son get his 2010 TE250. He loves it! So do I, a sweet little ride. I've had a few Husky's, but got burned bad on the 04 TE450. I do have to say though, through that experience, I found Husky USA to be phenominal in there support! There efforts has kept me a Husky fan, even though I had to turn orange  for a few years! :aussy: living in BC :canada:
Hello all. Josh from Northeast Ohio. I was this ----><---- close to picking up a new KTM but decided to go for the Husky. 2009 WR250! -Josh

Hello. I've just returned to the dirt bike world with the purchase of a new 2008 WR250. WOW! Things have changed since 1972! This bike is fantastic. Too bad I have to haul it an hour or more to ride. We used to ride off Skillman Hwy in Dallas, Tx in the good old days. Anybody remember riding there or at the Rabbit Run MX track?
Hi Guys. Just came across this site after spending the past few years on Thumper Talk and Supermoto Junkie. I'm looking forward to getting acquainted with all you guys, too. I was a pretty hardcore sportbike guy, starting with a Yamaha FZR 1000 way back in 1985. I tried to stay pretty current with the technology and had a new Yamaha every few years -- until I bought a new 2006 SMR 510 from Malcolm Smith. Within a few months, I sold my 2001 R1 because the Husky was so much more fun in the tight twisties where I do most of my riding. I thought I was making a mistake getting an Italian "dirt bike," but the Husky has been virtually flawless since new. I have over 8000 miles on it and have had to change the valve shims on only two valves two times since new. Frequent oil and filter changes with Agip probably helped. I have had one problem recently. The stator bolts worked themselves loose from the outer case and fretted away the case threads. Bosses were too thin for thread inserts, but I was able to repair it with studs, superglue and epoxy. Still I have a new cover on order anyway. (Let's not talk about parts availability!) Anyway, I'm contemplating getting a new Husky ('09 or '10) since I'm not too keen on the BMW motor coming in '11. You guys have any thoughts? Thanks. ccrrbb
Hi All I live in Port Macquarie NSW Australia. I currently ride a KTM450exc. My son rides a Husky CR125 (age 16). I am currently considering a TE310. I am a older guy (47) who only started riding 4years ago. My children got into riding and I have followed them into what is a great adventure sport. Previously a mad keen surfer. This has been a big change, water is a lot more forgiving. All the same having a blast. If any one has any tips on TE310 I would be appreciative. Particularly on the decision to buy a 2010 or wait off to get teh 2011. Sometimes I just dont think I am that good a rider to worry about the difference. But then I like to have the new stuff... decisions decisions.
Hello all Just joined this forum. I have a 1978 CR390 rolling chassis and will be fitting a Yamaha SR500 engine into it. I also intend to build an oil bearing copy of this frame like the HL500 and will be posting a few questions regarding frame dimensions.Hope you can help. I run a GSXR 1000 on the road. Cheers BD
