Glad to be here Back on a smoker after a mere 30+ year break, raced my 1980 KDX 175. Now getting my WR125 next week !
Hey all, I just picked up an 06 TE450 and I'm almost excited about finding this site as I am about the bike. I feel like I'm on a deserted island out here in Hawaii having a Husky. I'm glad there are so many Husky guys that can help out us guys that have a lot of learning to do. Thanks in advance. Ryan
Hi all Im not actually new here, but I am pc dumb, I posted as novice forgot my password, couldn,t sort it out so I,m here as motomanic. i,ve had two huskys a 610sm afew years ago and a new 450 te, as I only took up ofroading 18months ago. i use the forum to read up on peoples rides and the odd issue, and have had help from afew of you.I look forward to rejoining the Cafe'.
Hi. New to the Husqvarna scene but have always hankered after one. Found a 2000 plate TE610 local to me that comes with off road and super moto wheels but needing a little TLC. The deadline is for the practice week for the Isle of Man TT but hopefully it'll be back up and running before then. I think I've got most of the parts i need but I expect I'll keep popping up with questions on how it all goes back together. Will try get some pictures up so you can see what I'm up against. One thing that would be good to know is if there's a manual for the bike as it'd help with knowing where things go and what if anythign is missing. Cheers. Jody.
Welcome back, motomanic Write down your username and password this time so you can stick around, ok? WoodsChick
New Member Downunder Hi to all fellow Husky owners and fans from Melbourne Australia. I thought it was time I joined this great forum as I have just bought my 3rd Husky which is a TE450ie. My 17yo son also rides a TC250 with a 310 kit so I now know a fair bit about Huskys but keen to learn more about FI models, and share some of my experiences. Cheers Ian
New to site and Husky I have been visiting the site a little to learn more about the Husky's, a lot of good info Thanks. Dave I am new to owning a Husky due to to the fact that I work for a good friend and we recently were awarded a Husqvarna Dealership. So I "had" to buy a new blke after burning up some brain cells trying to decide from all the models available, I went with a 2010 TXC450. I race MX and I tried out hare scramble on one of my other bikes this year, so I figured this would be a versatile bike. My conditioning is not what it used to be, so I really like the Estart,(first time having one) Other current bikes are 1989 ATK 406 (great bike) 2003 Cannondale MX440 (not bad after you figure it out) 1993 Yamaha WR500 (not so great bike but fast) Resto project, 1978 Husky CR390 for vintage racing. I do not have much time on the new bike, one race and one offroad ride. I just started getting comfortable with it and then I smached my foot and have'nt been able to ride since. So I hate to do this but I ordered a new TC449 b'cuz the shop wants to promote the new style bike(poor me). Have to sell the TXC now or get divorced!
hey, another new guy here. i always loved the husky's but there was never any dealer support where i live so i bought me a kawasaki. klx250s, my first bike. i must say it has been a great bike but i think i'm ready for something bigger & better. oh, and there's a husky deal here now i'm trying to decide between the te250 and the sm510. just can't pick. both have their pro's & con's. if i could only afford both, ha
If it is a newer (non-vintage) bike, and you want to list it for sale on cafe husky: http://www.cafehusky.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=15 If it is a newer (non-vintage) bike, and you have it for sale elsewhere such as ebay or Craigs list then you could put it here (trying not to have 2 complete ads, usually a link with brief description would suffice: http://www.cafehusky.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=16 If it is vintage, then here: http://www.cafehusky.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=30
I am the owner of an '08 TE450 and ride mostly in the Mendocino National Forest and the occasional organized dual sport ride when I get the chance. The family owns a Honda shop so I have been a Honda guy for the most part, starting off on a MR50 when I was about 7 and still own a '97 CR250 set-up for enduro riding, but bought the Husky when I needed a bike with a plate. Now I'm looking for valve adjustment help and that's the motivation for signing up on Cafe Husky.
Maybe this would be of use? http://www.cafehusky.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1343 Or feel free to start a thread in the 4 stroke forum

Hello everyone , ive been a lurker here for months doing research and if the big boat and the customs officers will hurry we will be Husky owners in a few weeks! My 14yr old son will be competing in 250B, OpenB, Schoolboy, and 125 only classes in a roughly 5 state area this coming season. We are waiting on the CR150 (with older 125 topend) and TCI250 to make it to the dealer. Any and all advice/help would be greatly welcome and we'll let you know what we figure out on the bikes. We put roughly 10 hours a week on our bikes due to ALOT of practice so they will be torture tested but from reading on here i think theyll do fine....
