Hello from Southern Idaho. I have a new-to-me 2007 250 TE which I found out tonight has been tricked out and lovingly cared for by one your forum members. I have not even had it in the dirt yet, but can't wait[IMG]

hi there this is S-1 from the lowlands and last spring I got myself a new toy, or better a BELLA MACCHINA, I just couldn't resist the last 450 in 2010 trim (although I must confess the 449 looks even better but decided to sit out the child-diseases from the first 2-3 years).

the 2010 is a killer bike but it took me a few rides to get used to the punch, excessive compared to my old WR400 (Yamaha that is), but now I'm in control again :-)

I didn't have much time last summer, but made up for it in fall and winter and now I'm thinking of getting a bigger (safari) tank and eventually a TripyII nav to make it a rally-lite so I can join friends on longer trips and ride some raids later on.

not sure if there's many European here on CH but will eagerly read-in on experts talk from all over the globe. cheers!

Hi all, recently acquired a 2008 TE250. Quite a change from the KTM 990Adv that I was riding before! one short ride and one all day ride later and I'm besotted with this bike!

I'd love to ditch the catalysed exhaust, can anyone recommend a replacement as all I seem to turn up are for other year models.

    Thanks everyone,

    -Simon

PS Are there many of us in the UK on the board?

Hello All....newb here from Nor Cal....have had an '04 te 450 for about five years now ...found this site searching the web for my hard to start cold issue...also she tends to puke coolant in the slow tight stuff...I've narrowed it down to jetting I think???...Happy trails ...Alex Oh yeah absolutely love the bike (when she starts)

Hello Husky faithful. I bought my first Husqvarna ever over the weekend, a 2007 TE450. This bike replaces a '97 KTM 620 RXC and should be just the thing for New England trails, turkey runs and dualsport rides. Nice to have a dedicated forum just for Huskys sort of like KTMtalk. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions in the next few months.

    Hi everyone
I am an ex road racer, but always had my dirt roots. Have owned 1 honda 1 suz 1 ktm 5 or 6 kawasakis
cant remember how many yamahas dirt bikes. I always wanted a Husky since I was a Kid (still am)
As I get older I have been downsizing my dirtbikes, so I got a 2010 WR125 to practice my jetting skills LOL
I have been jetting 2 smokes for 40+ years so pride makes me want to get my "mickuni" to work, we ride on ice here in Canada. This weekend I saw the light at the end of the tunnel with the RM needle. I love my WR
best turning bike I ever rode. Thanks guys at CH. One of my old timer buddies has his 1973 CR250 in his basement, not a poser bike, raced hard in its time, still runs. He gave me all the old pamphlets as a gift
for buying a Husky. James Bay KLR

Hello from Vancouver Washington. Just sold my 2006 Ducati Sport 1000 and bought the last 2010 SMR510 from Bill's in Salem. Haven't seen the bike yet, heck haven't even met Bill in person yet, but we did the whole deal over the phone and it was painless. I got in on the 1.99% financing deal too! Bill is going to help me get set up with an exhaust and hopefully I'll pick the bike up in a couple weeks when he has it done. Can't wait to ride it!

Hello from Markham! (just outside Toronto, Ontario Canada)

Just bought my first husky yesterday, actually it's my first motorcycle too. I've been looking for the last few months at pretty much everything, and once I walked into the husky dealer knew I wasn't leaving without this bike!

Here's my 2009 TXC 250 with an Athena 300 kit, Rekcluse clutch, handbrake kit and some other goodies. Can't wait to get the bike home and the snow to melt so i can hit the trails!

    Any other Canucks out there?

    Cheers,
    Andy

(chain is still to be installed!)
