G'day all. New in town... Bought myself a 2011 TE511 recently... I suspect it belonged to a former member from some snooping around I have done here. Came with an original 1900Km on the ODO, has a JD Jetting fuel piggyback installed. I have fitted some Barkbusters (not pictured) and gave it a good clean. Tidy bike, goes great, look forward to reading more about the Huskies around here. Rob.
Hi everybody! My name is Matteo and I live in Italy. Until the last year, I used to ride my SM 610 I.E. on twisty roads on the mountains, but since this year I use it only on tracks. The reasons of this decision are various, but the main are that I lessen the risk of injuring someone else or myself and I get much more fun than on the road. When I used it on the road I was always waiting for the suitable corner to go fast: "in this one i don't have a good sight, in that one there is someone coming from the opposite direction..." and so on. I know that there are lighter bikes that could let me go faster on tracks, but I prefer a bike which needs less servicing; anyway, I turn to mechanics as little as possible. Besides, in my opinion the gaps that separate my laptimes from the professionals' ones is mostly caused by my lack of skills. As you maybe know, the Supermoto World Championship often includes Italian tracks (this year they are four out of seven!). I use to frequent two tracks that hosted the World Championship: Ottobiano and Castelletto di Branduzzo, which I like both. The former is a classic supermoto track, the latter has the "Sky Section": it is like a dirt section, with jumps and berms (not ruts eheh) but there is the tarmac instead of the mud. I hope to have good times together!
Just picked up a new TE511, and though I've only ridden it a few hours, I'm loving it on dirt. I'm looking at using it for back country travel and camping in my part of the world: Black Hills, SD, WY and MT. Right now, I'm looking at some Wolf Man E12 saddle bags. Does anybody know if there is an aftermarket heat shield made for the TE511?
Hello Cafe Husky! Although I don't currently own a Husqvarna, I spent a fantastic 5 days covering 900 miles of eastern Oregon desert on a Husky TE510, and I've ridden the entire model line at Tasky's Metric Cycles demo day. Shout out to Tasky's - one of the best hardcore Husky shops in the Pacific Northwest. Was thinking about getting the new Terra 650, but with the cloud hanging over Husky's future right now I'm probably going to wait . . .
Greetings, just joined the Café. Bought a vintage "left kicker" last weekend after about 40 yrs away from dirt bikes, 1987 430XC, going to be a project bike and a bit of riding. Also been riding a 2003 Triumph Bonneville America for 10 years (bought new). Hope to find and exchange info on this site as the restoration project takes place.
New to the forum. Pick up my Strada next week. Very excited. I plan on adding some dirt friendly tires and doing a little offloading and would love some feed back from riders who've done the same.
Just picked up a 2013 Strada. Love it so far. Been riding most of my life. All street but all those roads that catch my eye need explored. I'm in Boise ID. Looking forward to gaining knowledge on this bike. Not really looking at modding as of yet, but who knows. The bike is great in the twisties and does pretty decent on some trails.
Hello Guys, shortly i want to introduce myself. I live in AUSTRIA near VIENNA. 20 years i didn`t ride bikes (a horrible crash with a street machine). But two months ago, a friend of mine pushed my to drive on the Red Bull Enduro track in Zeltweg (with a KTM EXC-F and his Husaberg FE - see my avatar file). So he infected me to buy a hard enduro. Therfore i bought a 2010 TE 310. The former owner only used ist beside streets, so i had lot of work to make it street legal. Now i am looking forward for a first "hill climbing" track with my husky (Probably my wife want to present my a enduro training in higher austria for my next birthday) Best regards from AUSTRIA
Hello there, Put an order in for a TE310 this week. Take delivery next month due to work commitments (I have to pay for the thing somehow!!) I'm excited. I've been running an '05 CRF250x for the past couple of years and it is a great bike - better than I'll ever be, so the Husky will be way above my pay grade! See you on the Forum . . . . . . Mike
G'day again Husky riders. Thought I'd add the other bikes I've had: RM80, XR200, TS250, YZ250, CR500, RD250, RZ250, RZ500, FZ750, CBR1100XX and now spanking new TE449 since 2 weeks ago. Woohoo! Pretty standard with Akrapovic factory can, race map 2 and so far I love it.
Hello folks. I'm Todd from Las Vegas. My avatar is me testing a used txc449. Loved the bike, and bought a "new" 2010 txc449. Here's a little video of me tooling around the mammoth/ duck creek area of southern Utah this weekend. I've added a bajadesigns onx headlight, put the Akro exhaust on, and added some graphics to it, including a custom number plate sticker. Thanks for all the great info.
Just brought home my new Strada with Leo Vince pipes. Thanks to Lon and Bill at Bill's Husky for getting it ready. Looks and sounds mean.
Hey everyone. I'm in the process of buying a 2008 TE250. If all goes well I'll be a frequent participant here, I'm sure.

Hello from New Zealand!! Picking up a 2004 SM450R in 2 days with 8000kms! This will be a great upgrade from the 2007 KLX250S motard I owned previously My youtube vlogging channel - "AdventureswithHarris" will soon be filled with Husky goodness. Harris out.
Hey everyone, previous bike was a '98 TTR 600 motard that I love (besides letting me down on the straight) but I loved being able to ride round the outside of 600's and 1000's on the corners. So I decided to buy an SMR511 and I LOVE it alreadyy!! Looking forward to getting it out at the track, and sharing some happy snaps ect with you guys.
