Hey there, been lurking a while and finally getting around to posting something. No Huskies in the current stable, but as a kid, my first good, and probably the best dirtbike I owned was a '72 Husky WR250. It was probably a bit big for me at the time, but what a great bike. The only reason I got rid of it (actually, Dad sold it) was that I got caught riding it around the neighborhood when I thought my dad was at work. Doh! Anyway, that was 25+ years ago. I currently own a few bikes: '04 Honda CRF450R - my supermoto track bike '05 Suzuki DRZ400S - street legal supermoto conversion with a big bore and all the mods '04 Gas Gas TXT 280 Edition 03 - trials bike, 1 of only 12 imported '03 Honda XR50 - my kids bike, decked in supermoto trim '09 Kawasaki Versys - daily commuter bike '65 Honda S90 Benly - JDM with only 8000km on it, the bike I learned to ride on
Welcome Steve my buddy rides a 07 WR 250 has a bigger tank for longer rides just loves it. Post some pics of where you ride when you get a chance. Welcome to Cafe Husky WRX Boy. Would be nice to still have that 72 WR I bet. Absolutely nothing wrong with owning more than one bike. I think everyone should have a Trials bike in their collection, I had a 07 DRZ 400 for the dual rides but gave er up for my 510. Never look back. Welcome gestion01 Smart choice of bikes. You're just gonna love the little one. Welcome panaman ...Give it time... I'm sure you will soon. Welcome to Cafe Husky Lots of people from your neck of the woods. I'm sure you'll find someone to ride with.

Midwest Greetings Hi -- I've been lurking for a few weeks until I could pick up my new SMR 450. Picked it up yesterday at Hall's and couldn't be happier with the bike and the dealer. This is my first Husqvarna and first experience with Hall's. I appreciate the way that they explained the operation of motorcycle as well as performance characteristics of the bike. They also told me the kinds of things they would do for me after the sale; i.e., product and technical information and support, etc. Very happy to find this site. I like the quality of information and the tone of the posters. Looking forward to many quality threads and, Hopefully, I'll be able to contribute as my knowledge and experience with the SMR grows. Cheers! Ray

Hello All Andy Gibbs here from Nashville, TN. I JUST THIS MORNING put a deposit on a 2009 Husky TXC 450 For the past year or so, I had my heart set on a KTM 300... the last week or so, I've been investigating the TXC. Last night I made up my mind, and called my friendly dealer to buy it. I HOPE to pick it up on Tuesday! I'm coming from a YZ250, and am very much looking forward to this bike! This site has already been an invaluable resource in my research. I look forward to hanging out here as well as contributing where I can. Thanks! Andy
