Hello everyone, New member, "Team WR", I just bought a 1979 WR250 enduro, had a 1979 WR390 enduro about 20 years ago (regret selling it). My new bike is pretty complete, so I am looking for information to detail it. This Husky thing with me started when my friends mom drove us to see "On any Sunday" as a kid. Had to have one ever since. Regards, Joe
Hi everyone. I just found this forum after searching for parts for my '09 TE610. I think I've put about 150 miles on it so far (about half in the dirt) and I love it- worth every penny. I'm still hunting down aftermarket parts for this bike and intend to use it as a true 50/50 bike. I have a bunch of vintage British bikes (mostly Pre-unit Triumphs) so I bought the Husky to get me to/through the trails. Glad to find such a Husky specific forum. Cheers, Pete
Hey cafe husky I've got a '09 sm510. It is a beast but I'm always trying to make a good thing better. Mostly ride on the street but I might start taking things to the track if I can get my skills up haha

Pfft...you guys are way behind the curve I repped john01 and thanked him for welcoming everyone back on Nov 22nd Seriously, though, there are so many new members here! While it is a great thing, and I am very happy that each and every one of you are here, things keep getting harder to keep a handle on as the days go by. Please know that we welcome every one of you, value your input, look forward to answering questions any of you may have, and hope to benefit from your collective experiences here at CafeHusky WoodsChick
Hi, My name is Chris Simpson and my son, Joshua, has just picked up his brand new TE 250 2010 model from Paul Feeney Group, Australian importer, and I am keen to see and hear what other experiences that peolple have had with this bike. Joshua races enduro and is still a junior. He intends to compete in the Australian off Road Titles in 2010, a series of events similar to GNCC's. As we haven't raced a Husky before we are interested to read other peoples opinions, that's why I registered on Husky Cafe. We have the support of the Paul Feeney Group, however to have a successful race season you really need to do your homework. I will have to ask Joshua about threads and posts as I am from the old school and not really computer literate. We both appreciate the opportunity to be part of Cafe Husky and look forward to discussing our bike with fellow Husky riders. Thanks for your time, Cheers Chris Simpson
Hi, My name is Joe and I am addicted to dirt bikes. I have had contact with quite a few members and was nudge to join quite a while ago. I currently own a 2003 KTM450SX that has a crap load of changes from stock. I also own a 2009 Husaberg, needless to say the KTM sits A LOT now. I ride mostly in the desert and live in the Vegas area. Run Motoz tires, that I get from Kelly (the KTM has a Motosportz damper too). I am the owner of TurnTech batteries, and have been lurking on the site reading the posts about the batteries for a while, now I have the opportunity to reply.

Spiceman here. Just added a 2007 TE450 to my stable about 3 months ago. Week before thanksgiving took it to the Baja for a "Ride a 1000 to watch the 1000 tour". Check it out on ADV rider forum.
Welcome to Cafehusky, carl_g! I'm a bit interested in a new WR myself. Let us know what you think! Nice to see you here at CafeHusky, Spiceman I read about your trip and it looked like a ton o' fun! WoodsChick
New Member Hi, My name is John & have just joined to learn more about the 2010 TE250. I'm currently on a 2007 Gas Gas 300 but looking at upgrading. Cheers
Yes, full road registration is required even for riding State Forests. They come to the Dealers with the compliance plate on already, meeting all the ADR rules. At least I don't have to muck around with any of that.
