Hey, I'm thinking getting back into dirt riding and a new Husky ( WR300 ) since we have a new dealer here in Albuquerque.

He has a new 09 for 6K but if I get one I'll wait till the 10s come in .
I would prefer to have Kayabas :)

For now I'll just be a lurker till I decide if I'm going back to the dirt
I stopped in 06 after riding & racing in the desert, motocross since the 70's

Oops! I should have put the year.

Actually, I picked up a new '09 TXC250. From what I have read on this site the new '10 250's are awesome. Couldn't quite swing the extra dough for a 2010 though!

Hi All, I go by Scootskipper on ADV and YouTube. I presently ride a Suzuki DRZ400S. Prior to that it was a DR650. I have been drawn to the Husqvarnas for a while, but have yet to own one. I have been a road rider for many years and took up dual sport riding in '07 because of a desire to visit remote places. I anticipate buying a new bike sometime later this year and the Husky TE630 is high on my short list. I"m here to try to learn more and hopefully meet nice folks with shared interests.

    Hi All,
I'm new to forums to apologies in advance for blunders that I'm sure will follow in the future. But not so new to Huskys, although they have come a long way in my lay off, I use a 450TE and 610TE on a daily basis and they complement each other well. I also run a fleet of 310TE's for the tour operation and these all keep me occupied, so I'll do my best to log in and participate when I can. A big thanks to Mike, Dave, Reece, Simon & Pete at Huskysport for all you help and support.

Hi, I stumbled across this site whilst researching the project bike I have just bought, a 1979 OR390. Looks like a great site and a valuable source of info. Looking forward to spending some time on here.

I am returning to the Husky fold as I owned a 1984 CR250 a couple of years ago, but sold it and currently have a 1979 YZ125 but the desire to have another Husky led me to buy the 390.

    Speak to you again soon.

Hi all! My name is Chili, I just turned 38 years young and I have been racing Husqvarna thumpers since 2003 when they first brought the new TE450 motor over. I have owned 2004 TE450, 2005 TE450, 2004 TE250, 2003 WR125 and 2009 TXC450. Have 2010 TXC450 waiting at the shop for me. Have lurked over here for awhile just never registered?? Was going to sale my 2005 so I thought I would let her go where she could be appreciated it. Other than that looking forward to another racing season with Husqvarna!

hello I am logging on from Qld Australia. Am onto my second TE 450 (09), formerly an 05, and before that something about 25 years ago. Love the 09 TE. Goes like a freight train, but for the first 5 minutes where it runs a little rough off the bottom.

Look forward to pouring over this site , and am particularly interested in that I-Beat EFI technology. I'd like to know if it's user frienbly enough for the average idiot to fly, and whether it is worth while. Bike is so good after warm up I'd hate to bring it all undone with a couple of fool mouse clicks on the lap top.

    Cheers

    Hi everyone,

I'm new here and to Husky bikes, not to online bike forums though (or Husky power equipment). Just bought a used 06 TE 610, still awaiting delivery. Can't wait to blast the N. GA mountains on it.

I've been dualsporting for many years aboard a KLR, but found it time to get something more capable of keeping up with my buddies on their 690E's. I've really taken to the 610 over the last few months, and lucked up and found a used one for sale.

I'm looking forward to learning about this bike from the members here, and hopefully in the future being able to contribute.

    Hello everyone.

I was told about this site by a couple of old Husky guys. I'm glad I found it, the site has already helped with some tech questions on my 1984 xc250. Thanks for letting me join the membership.
