Too much heat. I purchased all new 500amp 100% duty cycle 440volt three phase welding machines from a vendor if he can't give me a few magnesium TIG filler rods I give up. I set up my welding shop after I showed the engineering group what I could do on old equipment. Then I had an open ticket and purchased all top shelf equipment. Now retired I hope when my new shop is up I can get a TIG and MIG welders setup.
