Yeah go get out there and ride :). Sorry about them being sideways, cafehusky doesn't automatically rotate. I'll get on the computer later and flip them.

Good luck and enjoy that bike! You can do what KTM does.... You're just some white plastic and a PG decal kit away from a Husky. Besides the XF coolant, install a Trail Tech fan kit and you'll be a happy camper!

Thanks for the tips. I wonder if something is different on the 15's to help with the overheating? I finished breaking it in today and not once has it flamed out or overheated and it's been 92* or better the past couple of days. I'm going to get the coolant ordered tomorrow and will look into the fan kit. I don't ride tight trails just open trails and MX so you think I'd be ok without the fan kit? I do know one thing, this bike is way faster and has more grunt than I thought it would have. Third gear power wheelies, no problem :D. Weight balance makes jumping easy too. FUN so far. Norman thanks for the reminder on the white plastics, decal, Husky deal .

Most likely. If you are always moving at a good clip it will not overheat. Its when you do technical and slip the clutch that they start steaming. I'd still do the XF coolant. That stuff is amazing and non corrosive. Again, I thought it was no big deal but after using it I really like it.

Thanks K. Yes I'm getting the XF for sure. Hey Jay say's it good :D. Technical trails for me are making sure I don't push it of the ramps loading and unloading.

I had an Orange bike once. Reliable as a stone, not much for handling, a bit underpowered.

There's a reason why most of the netra(New England trail riders association) race the Orange bikes.

Is the Orange bike of today the husqvarna of the 70's? In the 70's the husqvarna were the fastest riders. If you weren't on a husqvarna you were in the back of the pack.

I guess the ktm 200 has taken the place of the discontinued kdx 200/220 wr woods bike.

Sorry but I'm still a die hard husqvarna rider. On my street legal 98 250wr husqvarna out at night I would wheelie past the Harley bar to many cheers.

Harleys? I been wanting to get a big vee twin but don't like the massive size and weight of the Harleys. Right now the oldest bike manufacturer in the USA is making a comeback. Indian motorcycle company is starting to Out sell Harley. Now it they offered a bike stripped down that looked like a fatboy I'd jump on it. But I'm not sure of the vibration. My bad knees can't handle the vibration.

I'm at the end of the road and want my last ride to be a dependable and reliable one. Maybe another Suzuki 1250 bandit.

huh? really? I have not seen one yet but Harleys are everywhere.

    http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2013-10-22/revved-up-harleys-drown-out-polariss-revived-indians

Almost 71,000 Harleys rolled out of dealerships in the period, and the company’s share of the U.S. heavy bike market revved up slightly to 56.5 percent. “The results at retail speak for themselves,” Harley CEO Keith Wandell said on a conference call this morning.
This is not what Polaris was hoping would come from its Indian marketing mantra: “Choice is here.” Bikers definitely have more options this fall, but they appear to be choosing the new Harleys over the Indians or Polaris’s other motorcycle brand, the 15-year-old Victory line. Winning customers who never thought to buy a motorcycle might be a lot easier than convincing Harley fans to switch hogs.

Sounds like they are cutting into sales but at 15,000 units still way behind.

Harley is like KTM, there's a model and options for every bike. They're doing that well because they cater to most every person that wants a cruiser. Well and of course they're marketing. I can't see Indian really rivaling them until they have a lot more models. I'd like to know how many sales are just 883's. People are probably hesitant to buy Indians because of their history of being sold. Either way it's always cool to see a comeback. The KTM owner is a business man and everything's for sale for the right price. Husaberg will be back someday :)

Just put a set of fat man springs front and rear in my orange bike and what a difference. I thought it was pretty good stock but now it's really really GOOD! They were very easy to install too. You don't even have to remove the forks to install new springs :applause:. Gotta admit I 'm liking this orange bike.
