I can not imagine that somebody has enough money to buy my husky, its not the actual material value but the fun this bike holds is simply priceles.

add on top of that this is the only small bore husky of the approximately 4 husky's in the country, its not that i have a chance to pick one up easily to replace

you said $7000,- I say no

Ok I said I wouldn't do it again but Ive sold the wr125 again
The new owner bought it for his son to match his own wr300
I regretted selling it after I did the deal and it took a while for me to put it back to original ( removed CR ignition and 165 kit ) so I was very sad to see it go ..:o

I was quite impressed with the '13 125 cylinder I put back on it - definitely the best it had ever run as a 125 - crisp and responsive. The wr ignition was nt too bad either
Nice and smooth and wound out to a strong top end. Actually not sure whether I prefer the CR or the WR ignition now.

Was going to get a 2013 model but will wait and see and put some miles on the TE250 R .

In November of 2012, I bought a CR125 for my son and a WR125 for me...sold the WR in November of 2013 and a couple of weeks later, I woke up in a cold sweat realizing it was the wrong thing to do. Immediately called Halls and bought a 2014 CR125 - the last of the Italian made Huskys. I am sleeping much better now albeit the first couple of nights it was on the couch to avoid the scowl from my wife...lol!

Which do you prefer ?.. Not the bike and your wife. HA HA. The cr or the Wr ?.

Hahaha...my wife keeps telling me she feels like i have a herum in the garage. Of the noted differences between the two, I would have to say the most noticeable is the ignition. The CR just plain screams and I believe the carburation is easier to tune. Miss the clock on the WR...

I lied!! The 2017 TX300 is awesome. Who'd of thought then that in a few years the 300 would be easier to ride than a 125

I still miss that '08 . I did get a '13 model but the '08 was my favourite of my WRs and CRs . Especially when I sold it with a fresh 125 top end - it was running sweet .
I still look lout for it - might buy it back - Haha

For most of the trails the Te250 I have is better than a 125 but I never get the same buzz from certain parts of the ride that you got from the 125

Hi guys well after a long break with the wr165 and xc150 just parked up because I ride vinduro for old guys we jumped back on the little wr and what a scream. Easy to start after 12 -18 months, just tired straight up and a generous warm up and check of hoses, we headed off to our 25 minute enduro loop and had a ball until we needed fluids. Used a full 8 litres of fuel in two outings.
