• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

TE/TC Zip Ty Racing 125 Build Project

I am so pumped that Zip Ty Racing is taking the time to work with me on this project. When the parts come in it is like Christmas
Funny how the little things can make you happy. Today I got in my P3 Pipe Guard and Skid Plate. It was kind of funny because when ups handed me the box it felt empty.

This was the last legal time anyone got to use this trail. Built by the Checkers M/C. I video the whole thing un edit because I knew I would never ride it again. It was one of my favorite trails. It is now off limits and is part of the 29 palms military base

It was also one of my last rides on the Italian Husky CR 125 It also had a National # 1 plate on it. So just maybe with the help of Zip Ty and this new project bike I might get a # 1 plate again .

I also did KOM 3 times on a 125 That was pushing the limits of what a 125 can do

I will be sure to pay attention and take heed to the "Let John Bye" pit-board to help you win that #1 plate again for team Husky.

John- I think Jeremy is talking about the 100's NHHA thang going on this weekend- although I thought you were D38, so maybe not.

Weren't you gonna run it? wait- I guess ty's place is up there; now it makes sense.

good luck. you too Robert.

OK, there will be more to come on this. I was super busy with the race that John unveiled the 125 at. I hear some good things are happening with this bike.
