• Husqvarna Motorcycles Made In Sweden - About 1988 and older

  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Anyone bought from them in the past?????

No, but by their phone # it appears they're in Metro Denver. So maybe some people like 7602 Racing know more about them as they live in Colorado.

Wow they claim to have oem Mahle pistons for $160 however the picture is of a two ring piston which is kind of puzzling.

Aurora CO, as per the domain registrar.

Never heard of the place.

I think the airport is in Aurora, which is sort of farm country, outside the suburbs even.

actually, DIA is in Denver, east Denver, Aurora is a bit further south...well.
he called me back..seemed less then responsive to new business,
doesnt have a show room, and likely nothing in stock...i falt out asked what Husky stuff he carries...his answer,. whats on the web site....
then trys to tell me all the parts were made specialy for him....ok..
well, Vintage Husky sells the same fenders ect...didnt go any farther, as i got the feeling he could have cared less if he sold me a damn thing,.,so...time to move on with that one...
every one here that rides vintage Huskys, or races vintage knows me,..and has done a trade or talked with me at sometime in the past....i dont know this guy.

when i asked if he has a store front, he kinda hisitated a bit... if you had a place that you could drive to fairly close, and buy fenders, cables, airfilters and pistons right off the shelf,, wouldnt you spend some cash???i would..id have to answer to my wife,,,weekly.

Googled their phone number to try and locate a physical address. I go to denver a couple times a month so could stop by and take a look. Google came back with another business name or two. Not sure what that means, just passing along info.
