• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Do not trust TriCounty!!!

It's up to you. I would look for a TE511 if possible or TXC511. Plated is nice, even when stripped down. Almost all of Ty's race bikes were TE's. TE-ecu accepts Map 3 programming if not 2011. Both should run PC5, but upon failure during racing, the pc5 would revert to Map 3 vs. Map 1 programing of a TXC.

I sell used cars parts and used cars most of my cars are sold with a Salvage title. I ship cars all the time all over the country and sometimes out of the country. People buy from me just from looking at the pictures and my word that they will be happy.
Today with the internet you can most times goggle a person and see if they are trust worthy. With the internet and all the sights I am on. All it would take is one unhappy person and I would have a lot of trouble. So part of your statement about a trusting salesman is a little off
Please don't be offended, I've had bad experiences also. I'm sure you are a trustworthy person and dont mislead your customers, but in principal if a stranger is trying to sell me something, I will remain weary. Evidently, it didn't work our for fire 1998.

Check out my post about those Tri Co. A$$es under "4 stroke/Husky support." I agree; owner Paul was as useless and clueless as can be.

Sorry got a little carried away. Let me rephrase. I would not care to do business with those people at Tri County ever again either. I would not argue against a total boycott. There; how's that? Can't tell you here what I really want to say about them. #$%&%%*&%$@ you get the idea.
