Husqvarna
I have bought a Husqvarna 610 2004 model, left side kick non e start
After starting problems we got it started but it smoked heavily, more than my 2 stroke, and this is a four stroke so expect it not to smoke as much as it did.
I am thinking worn or broken piston rings or excessive wear on the cylinder bore.
Started to tare it apart but have problems with the timing marks. Timing mark on camshaft gear is no problem, but i am trying to locate it on the crankshaft side as well.
I also have problem finding the chain lock if there is any ?
The picture shows the engine as it is today.
I have removed the center bolt on the gear in front of the clutch. it has no mark for TDC/timing
.
The gear does not come easily off so i am wondering if i have to pull the clutch out first.
I think the marks are on the sprocket holding the chain.
Anybody done this before ?
