    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Firstly, I'm based in the Medway Towns, UK. I have had this bike for 2 years as the 2nd owner and have really looked after it. It's a really clean bike. A real beauty which turns heads wherever I ride. I'm selling as it's a 2nd bike and just doesn't get the time to ride that much these days.

It has an Arrow Exhaust Upgrade, which adds to performance and sounds very very cool. If you're interested in this bike I probably don't need to tell you about performance as you'll already know, these are special bikes.


There are a number of other minor upgrades, like Renthal grips and foot peg guards etc. The bike has two new tyres, both front and back each with less than 300 miles on. It was also fully serviced at tyre change in November when it was MOT'd. Since then it has done less than 300 miles.


This bike is ultra reliable and starts first time every time. I has been garaged when not in use always.Also, I have never had the pleasure of taking her off road.

Only a few dozen miles from me, what a coincidence on an international forum. Just from a quick glance at the eBay ad, I notice you write in the third person. Could be off putting to a potential buyer. Anyway GLWS, I am sure someone will snap it up. I never liked the new models that much, too futuristic looking.
 
Coincidence indeed. Haven't seen many Huskys South of London - actually picked mine up from Leeds and rode it home!

Good point re the ad written in the 3rd person. I'm not on eBay and the ad was placed by a mate who changed it as such.

Hey mate. I'm also in London and will be selling a 610 soon! Better leave it a bit so we don't get played off of each other! Dude if you don't mind, can you let us know what you get for it? Mine is the fuel injected model with a PC5, custom map and full titanium system on it so looking for £3500. Be interesting to see if I'll be able to get near that.

Hi, I'm planning to head off travelling in 3 weeks time for 2 months so looking for a quick sale , so willl actually take just under 3 for mine. Probably not the best gauge as I'm looking for such a quick sale. I suspect if I had time I could get 3.2k for it in the summer (I paid 3.6 from a seller in Leeds).

What year is yours? I think they're all feul intected post 2005, no?

mine's 2008. think that was the year FI came in? not sure though. mine def needed a PC5 and custom tune on it. it was crap before all that!
