• Husqvarna Motorcycles Made In Sweden - About 1988 and older

  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Miss husky circa 1981 gets half naked

Geez I thought I'd have to banned someone tonite....Well the nite's not over.:D

Oh ya she even looks good with nothing on...

Nice,
Did you do your floor finish yourself?
I have heard it isn't as easy as the instructions make it out to be.

hey Xcuvator,Like any paint job Prep. is 85%

Degreasing and ecthing the floor took alot of time but it paid off.

I found this company online and would highly recomend them, went on thick and glossy.

I can walk out in the garage with just my socks on and actually feel a differance in the temp.

It is a 2 part epoxy that you mix up in small batches and pour it on the floor. Then squeegie it out to the desired thickness and roll it out.

My wife and i did it the day after Thanksgiving.

We have a 3 car garage and i ordered 1 1/2 kits and was only able to do half the garage (did i say it goes on thick) anyway the floor looks totally sano and i cant wait to do the other half but i have a 1970 Chevy big block truck awaiting some restoration work.

The two things i need are:

Michel, hate to do this to you buddy, but I have met her in real life. CJ gave me a poster for "inspiration" on my 430. It is now done awaiting Washougal Washington next spring to get "its" picture taken with her. 82 XC-430 fully restored-cool, lots spent on resto-not cool, wife not complaining too much-really cool, wife thinking its ok to have CJ take a picture of my bike with the model= priceless!
