• Husqvarna Motorcycles Made In Sweden - About 1988 and older

  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Guys.... It is my goal to make this site as informative as possible for all new people coming in. The more Tech data, parts list, Magazine articles, etc... the better!

At this time I am specifically looking for Manuals

If you have Manuals that you can send me on PDF please PM me. take a look at the vintage tech ref section. If you have a manual that I have not posted, please pm me with it and I will give my e-mail address to send it to.

Thanks, T

We are always looking for Husky Boy Manuals too! (Parts/Service/Owners/Service Bulletins) All Years

Tried sending but your email service provider could not handle a 22mg PDF. Sorry.
Have you tried MailBigFile? http://www.mailbigfile.com/free/ then click on "Start using MailBigFile now"

It's a free service where you upload the file through your web browser, they email a web link to the person you want to send it to then that person uses the link to download the file through his web browser. All that goes via email is a short message containing the link so there are no problems with attachment size as there are no attachments. The free service allows you to send files up to 200MB and it's very simple to use. And quicker than snail mail!

I've used it many times and never had a problem.

Hall's sells a CD that has a lot of vintage manuals on it. $10s

The 2004-2005 CD has some vintage manuals on it, they range from 1983 - 1991, 76-77 Auto, MK-ML
