• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Rad Guards are the go.

630 Rad Braces

Thanks for the reply folks, can you say whether the new products WILL include the Rad Braces for the 610/630?

Regards, MD

630 specific braces are still a month or two out. Working hard on getting new products out and keeping up with current products at the same time.

We're starting a huge run of KTM braces and guards now so 630 braces and guards are still a little ways off. I'll make sure to post when we start on them.

will the te630 rad guards/braces fit with a safari tank?
thanks

Can't say for sure that they will as I have not tried that combo myself. I do know that our braces work on the smaller 250-510 huskys with Safari tanks, so I would lean towards yes.

Thanks have fitted them they look great.Take a little to fit but they will take some bending.Do they make them for a wr360 1995.

I have the braces and guards on my 2012 TE250.
the braces are solid. i dont worry about dropping the bike on rocks or trees anymore.
the guards are the same. well built and thought out. shipping was fast. also have some other parts from 7602: oil filler cap, front axle cap and case guard. all good stuff. .. and red.

Will your 2 stroke 250 / 300 radiator braces and guards fit a 1999 WR250?

They should fit your 1999 Wr250. The front fender could possibley have a clearance ? with the rad brace as some of the older models have different triple clamp offsets and front fenders.

Any plans to make any black anodized guards that would fit a 2012 TE310?

We don't have any plans to produce black braces or guards anytime soon, but we will be sending a bunch of parts to the anodizers in the next week or so to be anodized black. It would be possible to include a set of braces or guards in that shipment. This would be a one time kinda thing since we just happen to be doing some other parts in black. Let me know if this interests you at all. Cost would be the same as the anodized red option on our website. Thanks.
