• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Scott (ScottyR) has a fantastic place selling Husqvarna, Husaburgs and Beta's (not only do they make an enduro, They also make a very competitive Trails bike.
I met ScottyR when I was looking into purchasing one of the first TE510
that came into Canada in 08. My local Husky Dealer was having troubles getting any 08's last year. Scott was nice enough to cross ship the bike all the way out West for me.
Well Scott has some pretty important friends that work for HNA.
And has no troubles getting what he orders.
Every time I talk to this man, he has been more then helpful and very fare on his pricing.
I kinda wish he was stationed here in BC.
Right now..if you want a Husky in Canada you gonna have to call ScottyR. ThanX

In my search for a Husky, I bought a Husaberg off Scott. Went out of his way to help with the purchase and weeks later is still answering my questions. If your looking for euro bikes Scott is the MAN. Picked up my FE450 on the 17th of January.

Hope next year I can add a Husky to the fleet.

 Another satisfied customer here. Scotty gave me a great price on my 510 & set it up perfectly. I went over all the fasteners with a torque wrench & not a loose one in sight. Had the JD kit installed before I picked it up & needless to say, the Big Bad Wolf ripped from day 1.
Ummmm maybe too well set up :cripple:

I cant say enough good words for scott rocher at ross rocher sales....

A few of my friends also have bought bikes from scott....always friendly and knows a lot about the product....

I definately will buy more bikes from scottyR......

Another satisfied customer here too. This is the go to place for Husky's in Canada. Keep it up ScottyR!

Great guy

I am also from BC. Bought a couple of smaller items from Scott last year. He treated me like I was his best customer. I am saving my $ so I can pick up a husky WR from him hopefully soon.

Another completely satisfied customer here. I called Scott when I first started shopping for a new bike and was still trying to sell my Yamaha. Even though he knew i was not buying right away he made every effort to get me prices and availaility. The deal was done over the phone and 4 days after I payed him my brand new sm610 was sitting in a crate at my place 1500 km away.
Ross Rocher sales found a new customer for life! I have been telling everyone i know in the market for a new bike to give him a call, they wont be dissapointed.
Great work Scott
p.s. can you order clothing through husqvarna Scott? I might have to get you to bring in some swag for me

Hey Travis (who used to go to U of G).. If you are so satisfied with ScottyR.. Then why do you tell everyone you know in the market to shoot him..

I think I know what you meant to say.. But you gots to be much more careful with threats like that.. Or get yourself a secretary to do your typing..
Or proof read before submitting.. Or come back to Guelph and tell me to STFU.. :D

P.S. I'm a very satisfied customer of Ross Rocher Sales as well.. Bought three Huskies and traded in two in less than 12 months..

Haha it sure is a small internet world. I just might be back down that way in the spring so watch out. My grammar should be corrected for you now.
P.S. Take it easy on the period key

Nothing but good to say about my dealings with Scott. Purchased an 06 SMR 450 from him and updated recently to a 2009 smr 510. Puts a grin on my face every time I turn the key! Thanks Scott.

I've bought 6 Husqvarnas off Scott in less than 5 years, and still have them all. I guess he can't be too bad of a dealer.
