• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

SWM is back

Yeah check back a few pages he mentioned it in there along with sir Walt saying something similar. Hurry up erik I'm impatient!;)

In the current Enduro21 mag, page 116, there's "SWM's First Outing" About an Austrian! rider at the ISDE on what looks like a Husky 125 with SWM plastic:

Sorry to disappoint. That's just an Husqy with SWM graphics. Rider is sponsored by Zupin, which is the SWM importer and previous Husqvarna importer for Germany. Haha! Just wait a few weeks to the EICMA! Ill makes pictures haha

There are a bunch of pictures on the SWM Facebook page uploaded only a few hours ago.

The RS 300 and 500 look good.

I can't wait to see the next generation 250 mx and 340 enduro bikes next year. ;)

Its hard to tell from the pics but its seems to be a 340cc X lite with revised starter... and the matt black is sexy...

I'm liking it.

Choice is nice. If they are as good or better than the old Huskys they should sell. Thanks for the post up.

Wtf with the muffler?! Hanging a mile off the back! That'd last 5 min I reckon. Looks like headermid pipe needs shortening? I thought GG bought the 310 motor design? Look good but red frame don't suit bodywork. Headlight Sus lookin but better than Yammy still
