• Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

    Thanks for your patience and support!

SWM-IT Husky parts cross over list.

CHECK OUT MY SWM OWNERS CLUB PAGE ON FB...... YOUR NEED TO JOIN, IN THE FILES SECTION, I HAVE MANY SWM PARTS BREAKDOWNS AND USERS MANUALS LISTED, *** INCLUDING HUSQVARNA TX TXC SM TE 310 450 510 I HAVE LISTED THE HUSKY 630 MANUAL ALSO.

You can cross reference the Swm manuals on my page with husky ones to determine if parts will fit, it takes the quess work of things.

Also as a point of reference, The parts only fit if the ** PART NUMBERS ARE IDENTICAL**

IF THE PART NUMBER HAS A PREFIX LETTER OR DIFFERENT NUMBER BECAUSE THE PART HAS BEEN MODIFIED OR UP DATED ITS NOT COMPATIBLE AND WONT FIT.

Come join us on fb we have 650 members and it’s a busy fun page..... also members will often post compatible pattern parts and accessories that fit their Swm bikes

I hope this helps

Hi All,

New to the site , so apologies in advance if I make a mistake, but here I go anyway.

The front sprocket mentioned earlier JTF707.14 is 14 tooth and 14 spline which fits the SWM RS330r (standard front sprocket is 13 tooth), but in conjunction with the standard 50 tooth rear sprocket increases top end speed but reduces torque, which is not what I wanted (I can confirm theJTF707.14 does fit, this is from the Aprilia MXV 450).

As I am doing another chain and sprocket change, and I have been doing more scouring of the web, these are the sprockets I am going to use this time:

Front sprocket: Manufacturer AFAM, part number: 37400-13 (13 tooth)

Rear sprocket: Manufacturer JT, part number: JTA822.50

If anyone is interested I can always let you know how this one goes.

Nope, the plastics and seat base are different between the TE510's, 2016-17 RS/SM and the 2019 SM/RS's are different again...

So is there anywhere I can actually purchase swm parts in the US or that ships to the US? I was wanting to convert my 2009 smr 510 to 2017 swm rs500 side panels, tank shrouds, radiator shrouds, decals and seat and I can find all the part numbers just can’t figure out where I can buy them

Does anyone know if the rear wheel/hub off an SWM SM500R is compatible with an 09 510 SMR? I'm thinking if I buy the whole rear wheel assembly, with SWM sprocket, then use my existing axle/rear brake setup I should be able to make it work but I'm just guessing here. Any insight?

(Nearly) identical between SWM and IT Husqy. Personally tried and tested...

Bottom (kinked) is original Husqy and the top one is a new SWM one. Only the second ring of the machined part in the front has a smaller width. Total length is the same.
Price Husqy $50,-
Price SWM $15,-

In this link you can find the SWM part numbers, assuming your bike is a MY19;
https://evolutionbike.it/swmstore/oem-parts/rs-300r-rs-500r.html

The linkage number is 8000B0236

This part number is identical to the following Husqy bikes. Whether the parts are 100% identical I'm not sure, but it is likely;
LINKAGE SUSPENSION ( SMR 450R-530R ) ( 2009 )
LINKAGE SUSPENSION ( TC 250 ) ( 2009 )
LINKAGE SUSPENSION ( 250-310-450-510 ) ( 2009 )

Do you know if after market exhausts from Superdual fit on TE630? FMF and Arrow for the TE are discontinued for a long time and very hard to find a used one in Europe !

Thanks
