• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Thank you

Want to say a big thanks for the support. Last month was a big one for us. Lots of people here were part of that. I really appreciate it. At times this biz can be really hard but I love a lot about it and the people involved.

Thank you all so much.

Take care,
Kelly

What goes araound comes around Kelly...you always treat people (in my experience) the way they want to be treated and offer great products at a fair price:cheers:

Right on! Glad to hear the good news, Kelly

I think us Husky folks are lucky to have someone in our corner that's as passionate about the brand as you are. Thanks for the great service :)

BTW, I'm loving my WR and you're partially responsible for my purchase, you big cheerleader you

I am lucky to have such great customers for a cool brand.

BTW, some good changes coming to Motosportz. We kind of out grew our old biz plan and are moving up a little to support the load. This last few months it has been obvious we need to change a few things to stay ahead of the game.

Big thanks to you Kelly and Mike. My gear arrived safely and carefully packaged. Even with the slight delay:p, I couldn't be happier with your level of service and will be getting some more stuff from you in the future.

Kelly, you didnt charge me for postage. Let me know and I'll make it happen.

Kelly,

You and Mike are the bomb. Great service and trick stuff, even the little items are nice additions. Thanks for being there and supporting the Husky brand. Everything Husky would be a little bit diminished without Motosportz here in NA.

Kelly,
Thanks for what you do. I was on the fence about buying another husky. You pretty much sold me on the wr144. Also having a vender that cares about the brand helps as well. I'm glade to see you are growing. Thanks for the carb and the dyna ring. Can't wait to try it out.

Jeff
