As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
I've tried them all
I wondered if I had made any mistakes in wagcom connection......View attachment 81193 View attachment 81194
Thanks for attentionThe OBD2 adapter has numbered pins. They should be evident by looking inside the pin sockets. On the OBD2 connector, pins 5, 7 & 16 are the ones required. It looks like you are using 4, 7 and 16. Also, make sure the computer sees the OBD2 device in your windows device manager with no errors.

So guys i installed my pu plug. It is also blowing out cooling liquid so from the troubleshooting manual it seems like i have a blown gasket and it also affects the engine start. Will do a leak down test to confirm...
Mods on the bike are full Leo Vince single and EHS pre filter. I noticed the snorkel was removed but the previous owner blocked the hole so just the EHS is sucking in air.
And Rotax, did you install an additional software for the cable? Or it is recognized correctly as a COM slot? Because I had some issues getting the correct program for my cable (to identify USB-COM)
I believe that is a driver problem. Correct that by going to that device and deleting it, then reinstall it with the drivers that came with the adapter before inserting it. This has been my way of fixing it in the past. Here is a link to the drivers I use and an instruction sheet for it as well.

I'd unblock the hole and reinstall the snorkel. Who knows how much air is able to flow thru the EHS.
.
It does not work in any way this cable I have built.
I accept all your new ideas.
