• Husqvarna Motorcycles Made In Sweden - About 1988 and older

  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Unadilla MX Rewind

Love the pics! Blue sky, dry track. Things looked a little different Saturday morning. This is me after practice and in staging for my first moto. And below that, out on the track. It really wasn't that bad, and by the second moto the track was pretty dry.

John, you can make pics smaller by inserting into Microsoft Word, click on pic and diagonally drag a corner inward. This will make the pic smaller without losing pixel count/resolution. Then copy pic from Word and paste into Paint. Then save as ***.jpg

By the way did Dick Burleson ride either the cross country or the Legends race? He certainly qualified for both. And what about Chuck Sun? I did see a pic of them sitting on bikes and wearing gear but did not see any of them in action.

Jim,
I didn't actual see Dick or Chuck out there either, but that didn't mean they didn't race..

I've been bring these pics into Paint & resizing them 50%, as there all over 6Meg each....then saving them a jpg..

I 'll try your way...

I am still interested in buying the 82 CR frame but am not allowed to buy anything until the Saab 9-5 is set for my daughter. Also the method I laid out for you when you want them bigger again just insert them into Word, click on the pic and drag the corner out, you still have not lost anything. You can make them as small as thumbnail size which I do when copying off the net and putting them into Word for catalogged inventory

Here's some more of the Sundays LEGENDS race DeHoop & Stratton again...
