• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

What is the correct process to Reset the T.P.S with iBeat - 2009 TE 510

2morr

Husqvarna
I have a 2009 TE 510 and need to understand the correct way to reset the T.P.S using iBeat including the physical throttle stop screw setting, WOT value target and the engine idle setting target.

I don't have access to the Husky Service Workshop Repair Manual for the correct Husky procedure.

Thx

Todd

PM me your number and I will give ya the whole story

TPS adjustment on 630? I ordered a replacement TPS for my 2011 630 installed it but the numbers in iBeat are way off and if the only adjustment is the idle screw I have a big problem

 Glad to see your still out there . I still have the notes from our phone conversation years ago about how to do this.

This information would be valuable to me as well if it was made public. Have yet to purchase Ibeat but it is in my plans.

You set it to a % at full throttle with the IGN on and the motor NOT running.

You have to search for the value on this forum, i think it is like 100.5% or something like that for the 2009 510.

There is a switch in I-beat to change the display from percentage throttle to Mv.

if anyone is around No NJ, I can do it here.

The WOT % is 100.2
You set the mv in the TPS mode on ibeat to what ever mv reading it is to get 100.2% at WOT
