• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

I talked to raymond at Halls, and yes it is in the hard parts catalog. Around 200 for the pants and 85 for the race jersey. I said OK I will pay that if I can get it (I love Husqvarna, so a little cheese with the vasoline, please but I would pay it anyways!) He said he had to make a phone call and would get back to me Yawn>>>>>!>@>#>##>>#># We will see! Do any of you guys know of any dealer that has this stuff??? I where q 34 inch pant and since euro stuff runs small aextra large jersey. Contacted place in Austrailia and they said they can only sell over there and I should contact my dealer. I will keep posted on what I find out. Can anyone help??

Belive me you don't want to buy from Australia if you think its expensive where you are. Non of our dealers stock it here, as its to dear & dosn't sell. I had to contact the importer to get them to send stuff to my local dealer. I got the riding Jacket & a Hoodie, all up cost me $500.00. Happy with the quality, but not the price. The next problem we have is the sizings are Euro sizes & they must be as big as Fleas over there. Nearly all of it dosn't come in MENS sizes.

Talked to pro grip and they said the problem is it is an exclusive thing they do for Husky so they can not sell Husky progrip gear only Husky can. Spoke with a guy from the importer(BMW in NJ) today explained the problem and he said they would be addressing it. ???? I am a little worried about how much involvement BMW has with Husky and in my mind not sure if it is a good thing or not. Have been given reference numbers by to euopean companies but have not been contacted. Still not looking good at this time yet. Problem is not bmw in NJ crap rolls backwards in this case and to me it is Husqvarna in europe. Their is alot more I would like to say but do not want to start a bunch of controversy. If Husqvarna wants to be a force to be reckened with in the US they must change some things (like the size of their gas tanks) Clothing and cool stuff availability. BMW needs to address these issues as well. Still looking at those 2011 Gassers HMMMMM Ok so I'll go to sleep tonight and dream I'm winning and looking cool in my progrip gear. Someday I hope!
