It does not, you can tell by the black plastic around the brake light, the 3 piece tail on the '11 models is all white, where as the 2 piece on the '12+ has a white top, black bottom.

Yep and they don't need much! Redesign the gas tank like a smaller version of the IMS, a slightly lower first gear and stretch out 5th and 6th and reduce the vibration. Also would like to try a version with the linkage on the bottom. Lowers a big chunk of weight and makes more room for the under seat tank

    Why the lower linkage?
The IMS tank only needed an extra gallon.
Fyi on the wide ratio transmission, after going to the trouble to add a fantastic wide ratio set, which works perfectly by the way, Husky was puzzled why I did it.

for the way I ride and where we ride I have always thought the CR trans in the high revving X-lite is the shizzle. I also always liked the 6 speed TXC450 trans with 13/52 final (same final as my 310s). To each their own. for me low gear and CR is the ticket.

But who would not like an overdrive 6th for versatility?

Why is the linkage on top? First mud ride and the mud built up and stuck on the likage as well as caked around the gas cap. Just seems to me that it makes more sense to have it as low as possible.

I am with robertaccio with the cr gear box on the Husky's. I like the tranny and stock gearing on my 510...off road. I know it is a dirt bike that comes with a plate. For DS use Husky has also hit the nail on the head with the 610/630 gear box and from what I read the TR gearing.

A resurrected 630 bumped up the 650cc range would make me crazy happy.

Chilling words from some on-line article ...Almost frightening to see this in print...

Husqvarna has announced their return to the FIM Motocross World Championship in 2014 with ICE1 Racing and Wilvo Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing. Husqvarna will field two factory-backed teams, one in the premier MXGP class and one in the MX2 World Championship. Each team will feature two riders.

Sort of blows any recent racing attempts out of the water except for the SM guys .... Now, we race MX style :)

More than two. The new face of Husqvarna will not be a cautious one, they are jumping in with both wheels.

The last thing that the 610/630s need, in my opinion, is extra weight. The power output is fine the way it is. If they were to resurrect that line, weight reduction and reliability/robustness ought to be the goals.

But, they aren't going to resurrect it, so whatever. I'm keeping my 610 forever.
