just saw the unofficial day 3 results, looks like Juha and his 310 are houred out......... If we can keep all our team US guys on 2 wheels we can pass the Spanish and Italians they each have dropped guys, Guerrero and Balletti respectively, for a US podium spot/shot.
Could be tough, i'm surprised by the Finns dropping must be Juha i reckon. The Australia team are in it to win it, wow. Junior British team is my pick if all goes well. What is it about the six-days that leaves the USA having a tough time, those riders from all over Europe and down under seem to adjust well to the format? I love the 70degree Husaburg too funny. Amazing anyone can walk after 6 days of this type of racing,i notice how effortless some of these riders make it look and how smooth the Ero's are compared to some of the others or all rather. Special Kudos to Fred Hoess cause he is the man, he is older than Chilly White. Alot in fact, rides a Husky too.
DAY 3: France, powered by three of ktm top factory riders, Antoine Meo, Christophe Nambotin and Johnny Aubert forged a commanding lead in the World Trophy for the third day in succession at the Red Bull ISDE, the International Six Days Enduro, the mini Olympics for Enduro sport. At the half way mark of the competition, France has a 19-minute lead over second placed Australia. Italy is third, Spain fourth, the USA fifth and Finland is currently in sixth place. The third day also saw Meo move into first place overall after French teammate and Husaberg rider Pierre-Alexandre Renet had trouble in the final test and slipped to second overall. -------------------------------------------------- It was reported Juha replaced his stator at the end of day 2 ... Not sure if this caused his DNF or not on the next day ...
DAY 4: I'm not seeing Juhas' name listed as a day 4 starter ... Nothing official and maybe it is just bad reporting on the web site list of entries ... Is a rider out of the running if he has DNF?
