Has anyone actually found No Toil air filters that are made for the TE630? They don't list any on their website. Thanks.

Sure haven't. I use OEM; that's the only option I've been able to find.

The green no-toil will eat Twin Air filter glue after about 3 cleanings. Found out the hard way.
No Toil replaced the filters and sent me a few bottles of the good stuff (w/ alcohol).

    Skip the green stuff

O SUPER... the green shiz is what I've been using...

I'm tired of the PJ1 can tips clogging... I buy a can for $11, and the tip clogs and won't spray like it should. I put the can under hot water to build pressure, and clean out the tip, and it works for about 3 more seconds before it clogs again. Has happened on both the cleaner, and oil, on at least 6 different cans, before I got pissed and tossed them. Thats the only reason I went with no-toil.

I NEVER had that issue with PJ1 until about a year or so ago and now they all clog. WTF? Just get the notoil filters and move on.

Dude, I dunno, but about 8 months ago, i got so freaking fed up with it, i lost my temper and threw a can across my garage, nearly missing a window with my horrible aim.... It is the most frustrating thing ever when it should take 30 seconds to spray a filter down, and i spend 30 minutes f-in around with the stupid can...

I even went as far as purchasing a can from another dealer, thinking maybe it was a bad batch or something... NOPE.

same deal here, on both points. i've been using the older stuff w/Moose and TwinAir filters. not sure what to do because i love the ease of use but not liking the longevity or protection. :(

The only time I've ever seen any oil come off the filter was when I didn't clean the filter for a long time, and then it was in the intake boot. The filter has always had enough oil on it, though, and in 5 years of use, I've never seen any dust or dirt past the filter, or any wear problems, and I race in a dusty environment.

    My latest experience today:

I have been using the green stuff with no issues up to today, and I'm not sure the oil is the problem. I've cleaned these filters out at least 5 times with no issues using the no toil cleaner in a red "honda" bottle. Today, I switched to a bottle of the blue cleaner, and both filters instantly fall apart.

Went out and bought this filter to get me thru the weekend. Rumor has it I wont even need an air filter since it's going to be all snow anyways!!
Fit is pretty damn good, not perfect, but good

So that is what is eating my filter glue? I'm gonna contract them and see if they'll replace my filters ...

I use the non aerosol green stuff. Shake it up, pour a little on the filter and work it in. Oxy-clean with warm water to clean.

Never had problems with it coming off the filter or passing dirt, but it usually needs to be cleaned after a few rides.

Anyone use Twin Air's Bio cleaner and oil? Since my stock filter is a Twin Air, I may pick up another TA for a spare and use their products. Also curious if greasing the sealing edge of a filter is common or just with No Toil?

Used to do it back in that day. Stopped doing it when filter materials got a lot better.

Not any more than pj1. What I was trying to say that there may not have been enough time for it to come off the filter because of short intervals between cleaning.

I use the super sticky PJ1 and Uni filter oil. I figure if it's easy for me to wash off, it's also easier for it to come off on its own. I'd rather have the pain of getting sticky every once in a while than have a sad engine. ;)

thats what I used for many years (PJ1) and Notoil seems to work about the same.

UPDATE: No Toil ROCKS ! Ruined two air filters and they said, No Problemo... I'll send you two new ones. PERFECT!!!

Package arrives, I pull out two air filters and was stoked! Crumple up the bag they came in, and it wouldn't. Open it back up and there is a third filter in there!!

Now I'm impressed! I ruined two different brand filters, and they replace it with three no-toil filters. I mean, sure, I'll keep buying their product because they have good customer service, but now I'll tell everyone I can about them, because they went above and beyond!!! Thanks NoToil!!
