• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Supercross Time!

Send one them Kalifornica wives out here will ya

They're pretty hard to find out here...it would almost easier to find an honest politician in Washington DC. Plus she spent some of her formative years in Norway so she is unique for a Kali native. We also street and dirt ride together, ski/snowboard, bicycle, she floats drywall better than any man I've seen, knows how to use real power tools, and more.

yea! Pourcel finally wins 1, lcq that is :)

Good job, he has skills, but seems not very consistent in SX. I mean he is usually fast in the first laps, and then goes down the order ( while Anderson goes up ) . As a rookie, Musquin doing definitely better than Pourcel. I am a little surprised, I thought the two would have been at the same level.

New channel with all the races:

Pourcel def has the skills, but the competition is really fierce this year. Dungey is just amazing. Anderson makes me smile and whoop almost every race. Watched the main event twice just to see him jump past Tomac, then reel in and pass Canard. He turned fastest lap late in the race, so he's fit and going for it

edit: I've watched heat 2 three times now, great race!

We got 'em like that out here too, but they're as wide as they are tall and chew tobacco!

My great Granny chewed tobacco, she was a right respectful lady and lived to be 99. She even had a very early pace maker that kept her push mowing the yard till the doc stopped by one day to check on her.

So, only two races left in the 250 class and Savagy has now a 3 point lead over Webb. I would like Christian Craig to spoil a little more, just like Webb did at the 250 mx last year when he kinda went into Musquin's way to help his teammate J Martin win the championship.

Who's your money on dudes ?

I'll say Webb. Can they race both series? 8 races is short championship(although our half arsed sx series is only 6 rounds!)

I think they can only race one series. Then they will meet and mix only once in Vegas in May

I too would like Craig to play the spoiler.

That was a good win from Diavolo. I think if Malcomb didn't crash that he would have beat the vet. James might as well see if he can learn to ride from his little brother.

Both JS7 and his brother both pulled bone head moves that could have had much worse complications than the outcome.

Agreed, Davalos looked great and put another Husky on top of the podium  MS was fastest, but bound to crash or F'up. Not only that, but he's dangerous! It looked like JS was snoozing, but when he saw Dungey trying to pass he had a flashback and thought he was in the lead, not getting lapped. He's obviously not back up to speed. I hope he's not getting worse instead of better.
