Any help on this appreciated!!
My '06 TE 250 will not spark on the kick or button, needs to be towed to about 3000rpm and will then start and runs like a treat.
Tried all the obvious, plug, kill switch, wiring, magnets...anyone had any problems with CDI or generator? Also anyone have readings as Husky Sport dont seem to be able to provide and the advice I have received so far is try another CDI which is what they would do....If I had a showroom full of bikes like they do this may be an option...
Any pointers appreciated.

It would probably make sense for them to try another CDI unit if they had the bike, as it's a simple and easy way to eliminate one of the possible causes. As you say, doing it yourself and not having spare parts or other bikes you can "borrow" bits from does limit your options so you have to do it the hard way!
