  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Post up pictures of your 4 stroke bikes!

Does Holden produce that model? Gotta be cuz GM doesnt typically make cool cars except for the GTO and new Camaro..

That is an R8 also, LS3 engine is sweet. We get the G8, but not in the tourer which is the one I like. Just imagine getting blasted by a station wagon!

The g8 you guys get is what we call a Holden commodore ssv except I think you'd get a few upgrades (they did bring out a g8 commodore here for a little while but it was the same as what we already got but just with the g8 body kit and the brembo brakes)
Hsv stands for Holden special vehicle, there's a few different level hsv' and the clubsport and tourer are the lowest of them. The only thing I like about the car is the brakes. If I didn't recently have a newborn I would have bought a ssv ute like my old one

Hah Ive heard of these "utes" in Australia. Ive been all over the world but not yet down under. Seems to be one cool little corner of the world. Ive always dreamt of riding across Australia on a motorcycle. Some day...

I'm sorry for the quality but they were taken using the mobile.
New photos soon.
Mate you need to take the insert in the exhaust out or modify it. I have the same arrow slip-on and it only goes without the insert!
I do need the insert for one track but mine is heavy modified.
I've cut 2/3 off the inner tube and drille holes all the way around the 'ring' I can take some photos if you like?

Forgive me if Im clueless but what is the 1R?
R is our designation for 50 Expert in OMRA Competition. Http://omraoffroad.com

#1 is....#1. Earned on a TXC511 last year and going for 3 in a row with the pictured TXC310R in 2013.

BMP Is backing two bikes in this class, our bike plus the 50 Amateur winner from 2012 who is stepping up to Expert this year. Both will be on TXC310Rs.

New to the site and new to husqvarna, here's my 2012 TE310 left over I just picked up saturday from Toy Tech Cycles in PA, hopefuly it ends up being a good bike to me, did the normal de-emissions mods so far
