Rotax665 Grand merci!
As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
I put the o2 sensor back on, disconnected the JD Tuner, dont know if i needed to do that, flooded my shed with petrol taking the tank off
Got all the FB values set to 100% Started to put it back together, but had other things to do, will finish putting it back together tomorrow.
This is why i prefer the JD Tuner, adjustment on the fly, no fuss, will probably have to fiddle with the settings once the bike is back on the road.
I started trying with it open loop,no O2 sensor, PU resistor plugged in - no joy, so i tried plugging the O2 back in to see if it made a difference - no joyYou have to have the O2 sensor removed and the Power Up plug (or resistor) in place. The CO parameters are manually altering the fuelling in open loop mode (no feedback) so they are not used with the O2 connected (closed loop).
I just saw you are on an 08 610. Does the Mikuni ECU on that have the same functionality as the later one?
Whereabouts are you? Lincolnshire here.
Tarnold77 it's quite easy to make your own cable and there should be a copy floating around like Kirybikes said. This thread has excellent information. I have a 2009 TE510 that could definitely use some tuning. Does anyone have an ibeat setup they are looking to sell? Please PM me if willing. Thanks!
That was me, the price is very reasonable and the cables work out of the box.https://www.lonelec.co.uk/TuneECU-Interface-Cable-Lead-Diagnostic?search=LEZBTUNEECU

Guy over on ADV rider posted 630 thread posted these. Not the cheapest but definitely easy. I plan on ordering one day. There should be free copies of Ibeat on line somewhere.
Well i thought i had this sussed, i done everything i could, but the CO tab remains inaccessible. I only adjusted the FB settings. I have the O2 sensor plugged in but still no joy, 2008 UK SM610, ibeat version 2.1. JD Tuner fitted
Ive never dealt with such a program before, you can tell.
Does someone here have a picture/photo of where the cables should go in on the VAG-com cable and on the other side: the Husqvarna connector?
So two pictures?
have you looked in the previous pages the photos already inserted in the tread?Does someone here have a picture/photo of where the cables should go in on the VAG-com cable and on the other side: the Husqvarna connector?

...... This field cannot be altered without the Power Up being installed.

I'm not sure I inderstand. The answer was with respect to the TE630 post above mine.because it states that CO on TE610 i.e. can not be adjusted after bypassing the lambda probe? here it seems to me to say the opposite ........ http: //www.cafehusky.com/threads/ibeat-v2-0.2890/
