Your the MAN MAT! this adjustment fixed my exact issue with the performance! When i had the bike stock it surged like crazy under WOT got the power up kit that surge went away but a new one developed at very low rpm choppy etc. But now it runs soo smooth and throttle feed back is easy to predict also my clutch use hase gone way DOWN!

Well did not get to do any more testing today too
busy in the shop Man a day not ridden your bike is like a day with
out sunshine, here is where i left off
    TPS at WOT 100.2
    TPS mv 1001-1001
    co1 100.5
    co2 102.0
    co3 102.0
Bike runs sweet next step is put it on the Dyno this week and see what
is up there, how much horse power and torque this thing puts out
and if the co settings hold up or if we can improve on them

your just using the ibeat for your future dyno run or did you get the pcv?

I am going to use the ibeat to set the ECU co values if any
changes are needed, according to my A/F gage everything is sweet,
But i want to compare them to the readings we get from
the dyno software on the air fuel ratios, gonna try some of the co blending
that mat talked about in his threads and see what happens, I hope the ibeat
is all that i might need, if not then i will move on from there.

Do you think i have too much oil in my airfilter?:)

Also got Innovate installed few hours ago, and started the bike. AFR seemed to be somewhere at 11.5 at totally idle 1850rpm. Co1 was set at 101%

Did'nt have time to do more testing and didnt want to piss neighbours with my opened pipes. Will go for a testdrive later...

Did you just clean and re oil your filter if so that could be why you are a little rich, my co1
is at 100% at idle my A/F is at 12.9 my co1 is at 100% but i am running rich at cruse in third and forth gear, A/F around 11.8 throttle at about 10% open but when you crack it open past 10% throttle the A/F goes up to 13.2-13.5 I'm still trying to figure this mikuni EFI out ,stay in touch and let us know how you are doing with yours.
Having a way to see the air fuel in real time can be a curse

Yes, Air filter has quite fresh and sticky(BelRay) oil in it.

I tried to adjust CO1 to get idle mixture leaner, but i had to go all the way to 96% when it was somewhere at 13.0
But then it was wayy too lean when I went for a ride. So backed it up and even put +1 in it.

    I'm running now at 102, 103 and 102.
Totally idle is at 12.00(it changed when engine got hot, i think). It bounces up when very slighty giving gas.
    5-30% thorttle opening(cruise speeds) it's 13.2-13.5.

When giving WOT at low rpms, it first goes to 14 for a half second , evenly richering and when going to higher rpms, it goes to 11.5

I only have this weekend to make settings, I have only borrowed Innovate from a friend and rented iBeat wich i have to send back monday.

It really is kinda tricky when having only three adjustments and not able to adjust invidually for different RMPs etc...
But I just borrowed these after gutting my stock pipes to make sure bike is not running dangerously lean.Wich I think it wasnt.

    we can com pair notes.

    No new updates
The bike runs great no issues other than just off idle a little rich,
I think the only way to get rid of that is to go with a PCV
but I think I can live with It running a little rich just off idle,
The only other thing that has been done is changed over to
a single exhaust and got a dirt wheel set up for off road fun

nice! i guess you didn't take it to the dyno then? what is the climate like where you live? might use your i beat values as a test.

I never got to the Dino, I had a couple of chances but every time
it came up I thought what for I don't use all the power it has
and with out the PCV I really cant dial out the off idle rich spot,
so now I just enjoy the bike and not tinkering with it at all
    other than regular maintenance
It has 3000 miles so far thats what I have put on it in 4 months

I am located in the mid west and the weather will shut things down
    here in a little while

Thats the main thing if you are happy with the way it runs
I think if I was racing I might want to tweak it for all it's worth
but for me I just do a little Dual sport and trail riding and it runs great for that
besides that it does not get ran real hard I want to see how long I can run this
motor with out having to rebuild any thing so far over 100 hours and have not even
    had to adjust the vallves.
    Good to hear from ya

curious when you are using a voltage meter to see the TPS values where are you getting the readings from? where do i need to contact the right wires?

I am using the ibeat to set voltage on the TPS
I just checked it yesterday and it was off it was reading 100.1
at WOT, I had to set it back to 100.2% at WOT the voltage is at 1001mv
    with this setting
I cant remenber where but there is a guy who posted which wires to read
off of with a volt meter i will see if i can find it for ya.

U want volts dc set it to the lowest setting on the meter cause you want to to read mili volts
which is less than a volt

ok thanks any luck on the wires? i cant find anything.. I am just setting it by rpms since the volt meter would put me right about at 1950 t0 2100 rpm...

Did not find any thing on the wires but that is a good idea
as far as setting the idle rpm
yesterday i reset my tps to 100.2% at 1001mv and took it out today and now it is idle
at 2300 2400 I am going to have to look into this more
I am also talking to another dude about what it will take to put a carb on it
I'm not real impressed with the EFI
