• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

2014 Husqvarna line

Yep.

A simple cheap upgrade that used to be standard and they refuse to do it.

If nothing else, the spec sheet would look better.

Sigh......

Are those new Husky looks like this....In here importer say i new Husky in Austria made has been sold, but there in no pic. Trying to get some pics

Thanks for the effort on some real pics of the Husky bikes and good luck.

These pics are just people playing with their computers and have just about zero knowledge on the new bikes other than its gonna be slanted towards the bikes that are already on the market....

Those of you with with the photshop skills should try to get a real job using them and stop confusing the Husqvarna crowd here.

So what do you think about the 2014 2 stroke models being the same as 2013? We thought they were going to be rebadged KTMs??

Personally , I think that is great. I have no issues with the 2 stroke Huskys. They are just as fast as a KTM and more reliable. I actually prefer the handling of my Husky.

From what everyone has said the 2014's that are out (BMP and Halls have some already) are kind of like 2013.5 bikes. The "new" 2014's come out or are announced in fall. Basically they're still getting rid of old stock and putting new graphics on them.

I'll see your Torco and raise you a 64 oz bottle of Klotz 2T synthetic

What is your position, All Red, All Blue? Something else. To clarify, my bet is that we will see some early 2014 VIN 2-strokes that are visually refreshed 2013 2-strokes. I say this because Halls claims to have one.... Later we will see visually refreshed (and maybe a bit more) Husabergavanas..... 2014.5s, if you will, but it would not surprise me if they are early 2015 VINs.
