CHEAP! will be interesting to see what it is. Might not be to far removed from this...

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
BTW, is that G650 xmoto pic for real? That's a nice looking bike!
Wow...the X is nice.
Oh my. How are we going to be able to deal with the haters that can't stand the chain being on the wrong side?![]()

It will be a kymco built rotax anchor.
I'm sure it will be a nice dualsport/adventure type bike. If it actually comes in at $6999 that's a bonus. I'm supposing I'll rather keep my 630.![]()
You are correct about the motor. Wonder what the transmission is like in the 650. One of the greatest attributes of the 610/630 was the super wide gearbox.
Yep, I plan on riding my TE until the wheels fall off, then fixing it and riding it some more. As long as I can keep it running well, I'll keep it. Seems the already small selection of lightweight adventure bikes is shrinking! So my 630 is the LAST big sumo ... suppose I´ll have to hang onto it for the duration.
That is no lie! It was such a nice surprise when I rode my 630 for the first time. Compared to every other bike I've owned/ridden (countless Jap sportbikes, and an Italian twin), it has the silkiest gearbox I've ever had the pleasure of clicking around. It also shifts like butter. Way nicer than my Kawasaki Versys.
