• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Gaerne Supermotards, I've got some pants that will fit over, but those won't, so I tuck them in. They're kevlar lined and I've got kneepads on underneath.

Oh wow.. those are really expensive boots! They look extremely nice though, I'd imagine they are quite comfortable.

Beautiful shot Nick. I feel kind of bad for you guys having to ride around with what amounts to a parachute on your rear fender. :)

Yeah they are pricey, but they're worth it. Especially with the replaceable supermoto sliders, which you'll wear out riding leg-out in the tight stuff, and the hinged ankle so you can actually have some movement and not feel like you're in ski boots. Wore them all day long for a couple days last week, very comfortable.

Do you like your ankle bones?

Yeah. I understood you.I see you ride in boots, but I don't professional enough to do supermoto tricks like sliding. I wear my boots sometimes. for example when I'm going to for long distance or when I ride high speed.Anyway sorry for my bad RussianEnglish.
I'm glad that I heard about this forum. There I picked up a lot of hints about Husky. Thanks to you,Husky riders!

My buddy wants to get into dualsport so I found him a 630 and went to NJ to pick up last weekend. 1000 miles, full Leo exhaust, $4500. He's happy.
