• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Supercross Time!

Yeah, RD is on a roll. He'd have to DNF for anyone to get close. I don't see him not on the podium unless he breaks or crashes. The race now is for 2nd and hopefully JA pushes KR out of the way and takes it

Now that MXGP returns to Europe it should get serious. Looking forward to Nagl getting up to speed.

I live right outside of Indianapolis. Can't wait to watch the race at Lucas Oil this year. I remember watching RC and McGrath battle it out for the last time in 2002.

Don't you guys think we have the crash of the year at the start of the 250 main event ?

Alright no pictures sorry.... was excited to see Anderson on the podium in a much heated 450 main at Indianapolis tonight. Got my moneys worth and then some!

Great race! RD and KR were way out front, JA almost 30 sec behind in 3rd. Watching it again  And Pourcel in the mix in his first race since he broke his neck
Some good footage of JA passing and great to see him win heat 1 ahead of RD.

Anyone saw what happened to jeremy martin? I only saw the aftermaths, but it must have been a nasty one

Martin endoed on the landing nearly recovered but the bars bounced back and he went over. The triple clamp was fubarred. He was running well too!

Yep, that's a bummer. Well done Plessinger, I think he has a bright future ahead of him. And what about the victory dance with malcom stewart? Such sportmanship is great to see

The victory dance really made the race. I have a lot of respect for Malcolm in doing that!

During one session one of the riders planted into the face of a jump near the finish line. He bailed and his bike rolled end over end. For those of you who played Nintendo as kids it looked just like excitebike!

That track sucked.... What happened to 1 minute lap times.... We are almost down to AX lap times with a bunch of tracks being 45 seconds....

Heck they lapped all the way up to 6th... that's crazy... longer laps would help lap traffic.... on and of course Friese blocked Dungey and almost landed on KRoc....

A Dungey block doesn't hurt my feelings any, but I don't want to see someone crash who would otherwise win. That was definitely a close call. I couldn't see it that well from where I was sitting.
