As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
THAT SUCKSI saw three 2014 Huskys at the race sunday a 250,310 and a 449. Got a price on a new cr125 that was in stock. What I did learn was that the 125 will not have a 150 kit with it.
Every time I see a 449 I can't help but think of how much it deserves to be raced. It really is the coolest looking bike. Even on that stand it looks fast
Motosportz, stop talking about it. Now I'm even depressed lol
Chuck Sun rode the 2012 Tc449 at Anza "Carlsbad track and loved it and was hauling pretty good,he liked the motor and how easy it steered. The TC449 is an MX bike.
Cool picture thank you for sharing!my buddy loves his 449...someone needs to tell him it's not an MX bike.

Yes that looks like very nice, maybe.....I dont criticize anything yet, when i see more pics on that new Husky, that new front fender/mask at Husaberg looks awesome...I think you win. H clutch cover, right color, and the first linkage I have seen on a berg (Husky) Hope the production version has the logo better integrated and not looking like a sticker slapped on the side.
Hope the CF subframe is just for this bike as that would not last well in the woods and be uber expensive to replace.
